Originally from Alberta, Canada, Laureen moved to San Diego in 1987 and started her own fitness company servicing large corporations & HOA communities with in-house fitness classes. In 1988, Laureen received her real estate license followed by her real estate broker license in 1990. Over the years, she has worked for Orange County and San Diego land developers & production builders, Rancho Santa Fe custom home builders, property management companies, investors and residential home owners. Laureen has also, owned investment properties throughout California (Cambria, Lake Tahoe, Mammoth, Lake Arrowhead, Rancho Santa Fe and Downtown San Diego) and is very well versed in 1031 exchanges. With over 20 years of selling San Diego real estate she has sold homes in Del Mar, Solana Beach, Encinitas, Carlsbad, Rancho Santa Fe, Rancho Bernardo, and downtown San Diego. Laureen's favorite pastime is playing golf or just spending time at the club at The Crosby at Rancho Santa Fe where she is a member, adores Labradors and loves to paint.
