The Thermal Club, a private road racing club near Palm Springs, CA, has begun clearing land with two of its three racing circuits scheduled to be completed by the end of the year. Renowned racetrack designer Alan Wilson will craft 4.5 miles of track with consultancy from top drivers and experts from the motorsports world. The Thermal Club has a limited number of memberships, which are only available with the purchase of a “garage lot” or finished “garage villa.” Prices for lots start at about $200,000.
