Scheduled to open in Spring 2012, the Bulgari Hotel and Residences will bring a dashing sense of haute design and elegance to London’s renowned Knightsbridge district. The 85-room hotel will include six residences and one penthouse. Designed to sustainable standards by Antonio Citterio, Patricia Viel and Partners, it is situated near numerous shopping and cultural attractions, such as Harrods, Harvey Nichols, the Royal Albert Hall and the Natural History Museum. The hotel will boast a ballroom, private cinema and a spa and fitness center with an indoor pool.
“The Bulgari name stamps this opportunity to own in Knightsbridge with international provenance and a promise of excellence,” says Giles Hannah, Director of European Sales for Christie's International Real Estate.
The London location will mark the third Bulgari hotel, with other properties in Bali and Milan. Both are distinguished by exquisite concierge service, unparalleled architectural and design achievements, and a heritage of understated elegance and excellence. The architecture adheres to strict environmental building aesthetics, without compromising luxury, and includes a rooftop habitat which preserves London's treasured urban wildlife.
“With only six residences available in a phased release and one penthouse remaining, this is a truly rare proposition unlike any other in central London,” says Hannah.
