Every morning in the summer months, our full gourmet breakfast is served on the patio. In the cooler months, it is served in our beautiful breakfast and dining rooms. We offer fresh scones, multigrain breads and bagels, fresh fruit, yogurt, and granola, along with a great selection of jams and spreads. We also offer daily specials such as pancakes, French toast, gourmet eggs and omelets. For a morning beverage you can select from a variety of juices, loose teas and coffees, including espresso and cappuccino.
Central air keeps things cool in the summer and warm in the winter. For a little extra warmth in the cooler months, sit by one of our seven fireplaces and soak up the heat from our hearths. In the summer, cool off in the shade under one of our expansive covered stone patios.

The Rose Hill Estate offers ten unique suites, each beautifully decorated and designed to create the perfect environment for you to relax and unwind. Sit on one of the chaise lounges on your private terrace and watch the sunset, or walk out through your own entrance to enjoy your morning coffee and gourmet breakfast on one of our vast stone patios. With one stunning suite on the first floor, and nine on the second, we have accommodations to suit every desire. Views of the beautifully landscaped grounds, pool, spa and tennis courts can be seen from every room.
